Morning body activation for a great start of the day.

STRECHING EXERCIES – BEGINNER YOGA CLASS

Tuesday, 8.00 – 9.00

Body activation with a morning workout on our lovely lawn, where we will wake up our body and clear our head. The focus will be on stretching exercises.

What do I need? Sportswear, footwear and a bottle of water. You will get a yoga mat at the front desk.

Is there anything else I need to know? For better organization, please book your place in advance at the front desk.


Meeting point: 7.55 at the front desk.

The activity is intended exclusively for hotel guest. Participation is free.

In case of bad weather, recreation will be indoor.

RUNNING IN NATURE

Thursday, 8.00 – 9.00

Body activation with a morning run by our Bohinj pearl – lake. The focus will be on a technique of running and on a running alphabet.

What do I need? Sportswear and footwear.

Is there anything else I need to know? For better organization, please book your place in advance at the front desk.

Meeting point: 7.55 at the front desk.

The activity is intended for hotel guests and other guests as well. Participation for hotel guest is free. For other guests the price is 5Є / person.

In case of rain, recreation is canceled.

The price is in EUR and includes VAT.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Saturday, 8.00 – 9.00

Body activation with a dynamic workout on our lovely lawn. The focus will be on bodyweight exercises for the entire body.

What do I need? Sportswear and footwear, a bottle of water will not be superfluous too. You will get a mat at the front desk.

Is there anything else I need to know? For better organization, please book your place in advance at the front desk.

ABOUT OUR TRAINER: Monika is a graduated wellness business organizer. She is a keen versatile athlete, personal trainer and former professional jazz-ballet and hip-hop dancer. In her free time she enjoys running, practicing sports yoga and breathing relaxation techniques. She considers herself as a very energetic, positive motivator with a smile on her face. We have no doubt that she will wake you up and fill you up with a lot of energy.
